Fucking Hi,
i have a proble with taking the money from my clients.
i am a non us resident but do have us bank account who need to process credit cards for adult site.
i have searched and contacted many of the adult merchant and credit card processing sites but non can accept me either because i am not us based or non us citizen ans dont have us ssn, the athers want me to censor all the nutidy.

Do you know who can i work with?

I am not sure why you even would want a US merchant account. CC companies in the US are strong and can basically tell customers what to buy with the card.

If Amex tells a customer in the US he can't buy porn with their shitty cards, and Visa tells a merchant he has to pay them a grand in extra fees a year, everybody just has to accept it, because their market share is too strong. Customers depend on their CC card because the card gives them equity. If they kick you out as an online merchant you're screwed too because people can't pay cash online.

In Europe it's a different ball game. Most CC cards there work like debit cards and don't even have a credit line attached. Most people pay with EC cards, bank drafts, cash, or check anyway and have a CC card only as a backup.
In Europe the CC companies can't tell a customer what to buy without risking him mailing the damn card back to the company with a friendly note to "shove it". The Cc companies are desperately fighting for their market share over there, and that's why many of us consider offshore companies for merchant accounts. Visa USA is not Visa Europe. But your customer won't know the difference.

I did nt say that i need u.s cc processing company.
