Internal Alarm Clock..Do you wake up same time everyday with no alarm?
 

Seems no matter when i go to bed i sitll wake up within the same 5-10 minute time fram everyday..even if i go to bed at 3am after hitting the bars i stll wake up at 6:45am:Oh crap

What's an "alarm clock"?

Be glad. Mine is 5:45-6:00 am. I didn't go to bed until 3:30 this morning and at 5:50 am I was staring at the clock trying to will myself back to sleep. I'm sure I'll feel like shit all day today.

no i won't wake up the same time, got to have an alarm clock.

I wake by 5:30 a.m everyday.
Does nor matter what time I go to bed.
It sucks I wish I could sleep in.

Well I do wake up like 5 mins before the alarm goes off always done that

I don't, but my dog does. Every morning, within 10 minutes either side of 6am, he hits me around the head with a plushy toy until I wake up.

Yup, for the past few years, I've been waking up around the same time every day, so now... I just do it naturally, with or without an alarm clock.

When my bedtime is consistent, and my diet is consistent and work schedule is consistent. Basically when everything else is really regular, so is my wake time.

Are 4 hungry pugs legally considered an "alarm clock"?

I have not used an alarm clock in YEARS!!!!
Fortunately I am pretty good at going back to sleep on weekends

Every day at 6:55 even weekends which pisses me off

Yes. It's called a dog. She wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30 regardless. :)

I can hit one minute faster than alarm on clock, it's called NATURAL WHORE TIME!

I have an alarm clock. It's my hungry son that wakes me every morning to make him a breakfast.

we have not had an alarm clock in years. During Summer we wake up about 6:30 and during winter about 9:30

before i go to bed, i check the time, then calculate 8 hours.. and i swear to god i wake up +/- 5 minutes of the 8 hour mark...

yeah, I'm usually awake within 5 minutes of 10am. :D
