Are photo clubs successful sites?
 

Hey guys..I've always wanted to know.. are sites like www.nakedlady.com, www.dreamdolls.com, www.foxes.com successful? Do people still buy photos per set instead of just signing up for a paysite to see all the photos? Just wondering :P

yeah.. I didn't understand why people would spend $10 for 1 set of photos...

I never heard of em.

But hey, anything can make money on the web, it's just a question of how much you wanna make.

PPV movies are doing very well for me at the moment with an option to download for 7 days for at 14.95 a pop. "Photo clubs" seem to be using the same business model expect you have to buy the whole set. Would probably make more bank if you changed per photo, showed thumbnails of each photo in each set and allowed them to check it. Or smaller set groups which make up a set - whatever.

I suppose they still make money but I don't know why you'd pay $10 for 50 pictures when for $14 you can download a 3 hour movie to your desktop or pda/cellphone
