you should upper your price and buy some 1st tier bw instead... you will double your visits by doing so. It means more than you think and is worth the money many times.

If you're willing to up your budget you'll be able to eliminate the problems you're currently experiencing. A 10mbps server at any quality hosting company with full server management is going to run more than $200.
