What legal things do i have to worry about? I am from uk, i am hosted in usa.
Obv only using galleries with 18+. Nothing weird either, just softcore stuff.

you just worry about UK laws.
Though it's probably worth leaving an email address available somewhere on your website just incase anybody wants to check up on any particular picture sets.
