Only in Holland: Criminal Record? Get a complimentary holiday!

Yes only in Holland. And offcourse AFTER it happened ppl start questioning.

The worst bunch of aholes got a cool holiday in Tunis for 25 bucks all paid by the city of Amsterdam. Criminal records, drug abuse and other nice issues were no issue at all - they helped. So come live in one of the ghetto condos of the Bijlmer, make sure you did time and get a free holiday.

Only in Holland.

theres a hood in Amsterdam called the Bijlmer. Its like the Bronx, you dont wanna go there.

Some local club decided every juvenile there needs a break too. They arranged an all expenses paid holiday to Tunis for them for a lousy 25 bucks. You had to have a crim record to be able to apply.

Nice uh. In other words thats my tax money.

It turns out Holland is an awesome country to live in. Everybody has a right for free vacation, especially the criminals.

bausch 08-29-2006 05:35 AM

Where in that poster does it say anything about criminals? My dutch is very very rusty so i can't make it out in there...

Maybe if it doesn't say specifically convicted peeps maybe he means that since the bijlmer area has a lot of poorer people their more likely to be criminals/illegals
convicts. So if their targeting that neighborhood then there will be lots of criminals? That's what I'm thinking.

bausch 08-29-2006 07:37 AM

bump for more info

ServerGenius 08-29-2006 07:46 AM

This is just a tip of the iceberg you get sick to the stomach if you know how much tax money dissapears in countles "projects" for all kinds of people that
do fuck all to make a living.......a holiday is peanuts compared to what is
thrown at all kinds of other useless stuff

it doesn't matter what you vote or how much you protest.......best way is to
ignore it and try to contribute as little as possible.....or move out....It's the
main reason why I left Holland for years.....I came back for family to spend
some time with my kids and stuff but I'll be outta here again before they go
to school....

I don't mind to support the people who really can't work and the ones that have
worked all their lives....but I refuse to fund people who don't want to work and
knowing they live at the same standards as most of the people that do work...
fuck that.

In holland if you don't have a GOOD job you make more by doing nothing than
if you take a full-time job....I mean come on what the fuck is that? No
wonder why so many people aren't motivated. We pay all kinds of people big
bucks for
doing stuff while we have 10 thousands of people who are too lazy to do it
but still get paid.

makes me mad if i think about it......

Depending on your situation 1200 euro's per month.....additionally they have all
kinds of benefits like compensation in cost of housing, insurance, education, etc, etc. If you're smart you can get double income if you live with more than 1 person in 1 place......there's many loopholes and way to get more and the
chance of getting busted are minimal.

well, I think Holland has one of the best standards of living and atleast they try to bring their people together. Unlike many other places that just let their poor die of hunger.

they went too far in supporting people......I'm all for supporting those who
need it.....but if you pay them cash you'll know you get screwed. Give people
what they need, food, clothes, insurance and even free education but DON'T
I repeat DON'T give them cash money. Without cash people who can work will
be motivated to do so.....as it's no fun if you can't spend money they way you
like.

Oh well too bad that all the people who know how to run a country are busy
cutting hair and driving cabs :1orglaugh

uhuh any idea why theyre cutting social security like hell nowadays? biggest political party just released their new program, they wanna postpone the age of - being able to get welfare - know why? cause 2 decades of allowing this brought us in a position with no money left and too many ppl who treat welfare like a regular income aka a job.

And this isnt right wing thinking even left wing politicals acknowledge it went wrong all the way.

If youre kicked out of your house with a baby nowhere to go, you need support, a roof, food and ppl that help you. If youre 20 and think nah dont fancy workin cause then I have to get up at 7 you dont.

Still Holland is extremely friendly to most ppl who think like that. No work still means $1500 a month here almost free healthcare and a lot more. But times are changing.

100% right our current social system is now so expensive that it can't be
afforded anymore.....that means that the people who really need support
aren't getting it anymore because too many people who don't need it are
receiving it.......

It has nothing todo with racism, immigrants or anything.....allthough it is
for immigrants to exploit the system as there is no history data on foreign
people and a lot of stuf is a lot harder to verify than with Dutch people.

If the system worked in a way that it's not attractive to use it unless you
HAVE to......i.e. by not giving the people the support in cash. EVERYONE
who would need it and is depending on it could have a much easier and
comfortable live.

The problem is making the change.....coz the people who benefit from it now
won't really like the idea of getting it changed.....which means no votes for
the party who even dares to suggest such change.

It would be possible though.....by making a law that people who live 100%
on social security aren't eligible to vote :winkwink:
