Anyone heard of this pill ?
I remember seeing a documentary on TV.
They were showing this crazy pill when it was put in the water it would freeze the water right away. What in the gods name is the purpose of that? They were saying its used in the army |
Never heard of it, but I did hear of a drug that makes you orgasm every time you sneeze.

Whaaattt? Stop the crazy talk...

Like freeze it as... into ice instantly? The only stuff I've ever heard of that could 'freeze' water near instantly was that powder like in diapers, but it makes me more like a gel than a solid, like this shit:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...90581496898991 but I have not heard of a pill or anything to instantly freeze water. I guess it could be something like liquid nitrogen in pill form or something? Even then I don't see the point of it! :error :error |
you could probably find it (or the chemicals to make that happen) at www.unitednuclear.com

Sodium Polyacrylate is an acrylate polymer which can absorb between 200 and 300 times its own weight of water. It is one of the superabsorbent polymer gels, known as a polyelectrolyte. This long-chain polymer is absolutely amazing to see absorb water and expand to 100 times its original volume! A great demo is to put 10 grams in a large beaker and quickly pour in 200 ml of water. In about 2 seconds, the Sodium Polyacrylate will erupt into a gigantic pile of what looks like artificial snow. It will feel cool to the touch (due to evaporation) but will remain completely dry. Best of all, just allow the material to dry out, and it will return to its original volume. It can be reused indefinitely. Other than the erupting snow demonstration, there are an infinite amount of possible uses for this unique material. Completely safe & non-toxic. 2oz. $5.50 |
anyone on here ever read Cat's Cradle by Vonnegut?
we're getting too close if you ask me.... |
