These dumbfucks fucked up my 5 LND HD upgrade for the 2nd time. First time they didn't bring the dish, this time they didn't bring the brackets to mount it. So for two missed installs I got $20 credit for the first missed install, this time I get really pissed at them on the phone and turn down $100 credit to talk to a supervisor who then passed this onto me
