Paycounter-why are you so shite?
 

Does anyone here have trouble with paycounter? i.e. pages not loading? isn`t it abut time they got their act together? They try to sell add space on there, perhaps they may have more luck if thier sites actually loaded once in a while, Jesus I got to find me a better counter

Well if your looking for a new counter don't use Fox Counter.. The word sucks comes to mind..

Dude get real, just because you happen to like Kc dosen`t retract from the fact that their counter is unaccessable like 80% of the time, I know that and and everyone else knows that whos ever used them,
like I think i`ll take a chance and look at my stats,dam- still down oh well i`ll try again in a couple of hours.....not too good huh?

havent had any probs with Paycounter other than the stats loading a lil slow, but I barely check stats anymore, sit back let the hits roll in and the sign ups, fuck stats ;)

Actually YES. It let's us know when our customers needs are not being met. The feedback we get via email is invaluable.

Additionally, if you email us and include information about your account we can determine which servers your info is on. We've got quite a few servers to keep track of and an email will help us resolve the problem quickly. Please email support and let them know what your webmaster ID is. We have a few new database servers coming online and your email will make sure that your account is one that gets moved to a much faster server.

I also get the same thing, it loads like the top 5 buttons on the stats page then never loads the rest of the page. I gotta hit stop and refresh like 5 times before it actualy comes up.

ya its slow but shows up after a while. lil annoying cuss i hate waitin, but o well.

i love paycounter,,, its the best interface,,, but its just way to slow,,, especially when checking referers and such

Shit got the same problem here, I tought it was my isp --- I guess not, thats to bad because paycounter have a good set up but fuckin slow most of the time.

I emailed you guys before on this issue in April & nothing as been done? You replied that you are working on the problem, the problem is still there... Thats to bad because I really like your set up you guys have & its very easy..

KC and the paycounter team are some kick ass people. I have used them on my free hosts and other sites since they opened. I have seen them grow from nothing to 1 of the top counters in the business. KC keeps on top of everything and ads new servers and anything else needed to continue their growth and stay on top of the current counter trends. All anyone needs to do if they encounter any problems is email him and the problems will be resolved.
