So i was wondering "what is the best quality you can get nowdays ?"

best combo quality/price...

1. PHOTO

is it ok with a SONY DSC-R1 with TIFF + best quality mode ?

2. VIDEO

Is there on the market a camera that can do great quality video and also after great/acceptable quality stills all together ?

1. No - you need RAW images....

2. Definately NO!
