Is it possible to put on the top of my page?

Shipping to "surfers city" is $15.00.
Shipping to "surfers" city" is $20.00.
etc. depending on where they live?

I only need different rates = United States and International. If anyone can set this up for me post your icq here.

you would need exact details on geo ip. not sure if max mind's geo ip does that. i think it narrows it down to closest big city

if there was a way to filter out USA cities from international cities it should work no?
