I just watched the sucky ass movie Must Love Dogs ....It was so sappy and corny....Do straight women like these movies really? Where the chicks just complain about not being married by a certain age? Ugg... I am glad gays can't get married! seems like alot of trouble....

Think of you've got mail, city of angels, beside many more really sappy movies that made blockbusters. I'd say most straight women do love those movies.

That was one of those "I am probably going fall asleep during this movie" movies that I rent for Sunday evenings :) Not something I would pay to go see at the theater but, ok for watching while half asleep.

I'm not into romantic movies and stuff...

I am female and I think romance is bullshit. There is no such thing. Romance movies make me sick. It's all an illusion. Women get too caught up in the stories and fail to see what's REALLY happening; their husbands are fucking whores on the side or bangin the womans sister.

At least porn is realistic. Porn is man at his REAL self doing what comes to him naturally.

Romance flicks delude women into thinking men can actually have feelings and care. Its the biggest lie in the world

Also romance movies in hollywood are created by.MEN in order to disguise their TRUE nature so women can be brainwashed and marry them and bear them kids.

And sadly some women actually fall for it.

My younger sister collects that ktype of movies. She's approaching 22 now and that has been her hobby since she was 15. Anyway, I'm more into action and sci-fi films.

Yes... but just like any fantasy, you can't base your life or reality around it. A great fiction story line is fun to watch. Be it romance, adventure, action etc etc Of course there are things in sappy movies that women want or expect in their lives, but the same can be said about what men see in porn.
