Looks like TGP Rotator or Auto Gallery SQL. One of the filters I ran across earlier today was to convert catories such as "Hot Babes" to "hot+babes".

I'm full of typos tonight (what are "catories"?!).

That can easily be done in TGP Rotator, but you may very well be right. I'd like to know the answer myself. :thumbsup

It's not TGP Rotator, but TGP Rotator can be used to create the same kind of site.
