Since hurricane katrina? I bet they have some really good deals on Condos on Bourbon Street.

Why would there be sweet deals on Bourbon Street? The French Quarter had little water.

thats some fucked up logic. The houses for sale in the areas that did not flood are selling about 30 - 40% higher then before the hurricane. The french quarter should be no different. Lot of people want to stay living in the city but lost their home, they need somewhere to live. Supply and demand.
