Something smallish, to accomodate this box, the current host has 95th percentile, and it's going to be bad at the end of the month. I had no idea.

Whats everyone's thoughts about the point where it's more effective to get managed colo space & servers.

91mb/s is pretty heavy traffic load and most likely need good load balancing and ssl acceleration... so not to try to sell anything - but where do you start asking the questsions?

How many boxes? What level of redundancy?
How do you manage disaster recovery?

If you think some tiny server doing 91Mbps is "pretty heavy traffic," I'd hate to see what you thought of a real box.

I have been with webair.com for a year or so now and I am really happy with what I got.

But you are looking at several thousand on quality bandwidth, maybe $1500 on Cogent or Verio type bandwidth.

1 box can do 600Mbps easily serving vids :2 cents:
