Epoch or only me?
 

With one of my main sponsors, who uses Epoch, all the sudden I've been gettin' a lot of chargebacks & credits! I never got any before, but since May I've been gettin' a LOT! Anyone else having this problem?

Visa tends to "batch" charge backs to 3rd party processors who then pass the wonderful news on to you.

Actually our gross chargeback counts are decreasing

While you're in here, can you answer me something...

When I do a datadump, the numbers are very different from when I do a live web report...I mean like 200% more on the datadump money wise..

I emailed Keith about it, and he was gonna look into it, but it seems like there is alot of recurring that I am not getting paid for..

Clay from Epoch asked me to post my ratios. Here I thought I was doing bad w/ chargebacks/credits. He said they're excellent.

Credit ratio: .91%
CBK Ratio: .61%
