Here's a cool video from the 5th Gear tv show. Tiff Needle gets to drive the Williams F1 car against Vicki on the 200mph BMW M5. This vid gives good insight into what F1 drivers have to endure during a race and how fit and coodinated they have to be to last the distance. Also some behind the scenes stuff and technical aspects are lightly touched. Enjoy.
