many of the popular content companies will take an exclusive pic for you like that. Im sure someone will speak up and offer you a deal from here. Otherwise, just contact a few big content companies and ask for a hot chick to hold a blank card. Or better yet.... send them a t-shirt with your logo on it and have her wear it!!!!

I've used a couple sets of the maxtrix content girls holding blank cards, they've worked extremly well for promoting phone sex lines.

I haven't seen others besides Matrix. You could have a designer add text to a girl's t-shirt or maybe on a wall behind her. We have some pics with a girl drawing on sheets of paper, and you probably could find a pic for design... which would look a lot like the sign idea.

Matrixcontent already has pics made like that with blank cards....
