so if i hire a girl to do a sex shoot, isnt that prostitution? if i pay a guy $100 and a girl $100 and video tape the sex, is that prostitution? if it is in my private home, am i breaking any laws?

Move to Canada, prostitution is legal here.

There was a lawyer giving a talk at the Internet-Expo and he said that California was so popular for porn movies as it was the only state that has ruled that porn movies is not prostitution.

Not that you would necessarily get in trouble in other states, but that California has a written, published opinion on it.
