**Program Owners** Do you side with Xclusive Cash or Too Much Media
Is there any private fraternity aspect of who you guys side with on this case.
I dont side with anyone yet; but i'll admit that I'm hoping that Too Much Media was in the right (had proof). We're in the software industry so i'm thinking maybe that is why. John did something that everyone fantasizes about doing to a real asshole client. I however would personally never do anything like that nomatter how rude a client is. |

I hope NATS is in the right because the industry would be upsidedown if they went bankrupt in a suit.. :Oh crap
Disclaimer: I'm not in *ANY* position to even speculate on TMM's finances. |
Its like that seinfeld where jerry went and heckled the heckler at work :1orglaugh
With that being said; if there was not CLEAR evidence that Xclusive Cash was shaving....Then John should have kept his mouth shut without question and most likely acted implusively. On the other end....If they do have proof...then i really have a lot of respect for John. Either way somebody made an extremely PRICEY mistake |

hmmm...opportunity for a fellow software company? :winkwink: |
No program owner will side with either company...Its not professional for them to take a stance for either...They might feel one way...But they won't publically post it...Everyone will just have to wait to see how this fans out as far as if it goes to court or not...

IMO and to my failing memory;
John Albright did not have PROOF anything was wrong. He suspected sompething was wrong. He made a phone call. He got abused. He suspended their access to their stats. He went to the boards. Am I right? |

There will be only one winner from all this, the lawyers!
