Looking at like 3 galleries and 1-2 free sites per day, 5 days per week.

Multiple domains/IP's and email addys provided.

Build your own submit lists (some provided) and partner accounts (some provided).

Not if they are different niches/markets and from different programs - just making sure that they overcome the reasons why most won't accept multiple in the first instance.
