                                  Those boards were much more heavy duty than they are these days. I rocked a few Visions in my days. Each lasted a few months without cracks. After I went "new school", i was breaking boards almost weekly.

                                                                                          I skated for 12 years and was actually locally sponsored. I was always a Powell Peralta guy but switched to Santa Cruz in the early 90's. Once everything went to switchstance and I knew I was going to have to re-learn everything ALL over again, I threw in the towel. Funny enough, I went to a skatepark about 5 years later and hadn't really lost much. I can still do most of my old tricks...muscle memory is a hell of a thing

Still take it to the skate park once in a while, although since my center of gravity is much different than back then I can't skate as well, plus it hurts a lot more to bail now that I don't weigh 110lbs.
