Estate Tax Question
 

So last night my grandmother passed away at age 83, she was a widow, survived by myself my sister and her younger brother for immediate family.

What is the % for this?

Say she had ~1mil in the bank/investments ect.
and her home that she owned outright thats appriased and going on the market for 700-800k

I'm sure some of you have been through this situation before and know of some of this.
