Is it ok to be sexist when...
 

...renting property?

I just went into contract on 8 condos next to the UT Austin campus.

I told my wife, I only want to rent to girls. I'm even thinking to narrow it down to BBW's.

College guys will destroy the condos. Girls are neater. BBW's won't have lots of boyfriends coming over to destroy the place.

Am I wrong for being sexist?
