Statements issued by iBill and Care Concepts over the past two weeks both also mentioned that each company had named former Private Media President and CEO Charles Prast as the new chief executive officer for the companies.

if he had no problem fucking processing clients out of lots of money, affiliates should be a piece of cake.

Sorry to break up the Haters but IBill is LONG GONE. They initially invested into "XTV" but since then it's a completely different ball game. Some of you will be able to read between the lines, others won't.

Charles Prast, ITVN's CEO, was the CEO for Private and then ran IBD for a short time. He left during the whole fiasco because ITVN offered him a job. I told him and he said "tony who?"

Yes, they're long gone on a couple of different levels. First, they used to own nearly 20% of the company. Now it's less than 10% (and less as time continues). Second, they have ZERO control of our business.

I am sorry, I do not have any updates at this time regarding the settlement payouts. However, I do know that there are clients that we are converting to stock of XTV. The stock symbol is ITTV.OB. Please take a look at the option of the stock, as that would make you a secured creditor. I just do not know when those settlement deals will be back and I really don?t want you to have to wait any longer. The stock has a hold on it until May and then you can sell it..

Talking about xtv being a new project the management was working on and then the emails sent to Charles about me and they were ignored . So she gave me his direct line at ibill.Then it refreshed my memory how I spoke to him on the phone and how he said it would be handled and he would talk to my rep to get me setup. It never happened. Imagine that.

I have no doubt they envisioned XTV as being part of their Savior ... unfortunately the share they owned in XTV and the success of XTV at the time couldn't bring IBill back from the grave. Imagine if XTV brought IBill MILLIONS of $$$ back then and everyone got paid. You'd be dancing a different song right now. The fact is IBill is continually losing its share in ITVN (apparently by giving away it?s share to people it owes $$) and they've been out of the equation for some time now.

I can't answer for Charles but the emails probably went un-answered because he was too busy leaving the sinking ship.

Jan 2005 we did our soft launch at AVN. That's the first time that David K (co-founder) and I met Charles. Him leaving IBill and coming to work for XTV was right around the same time. I'm sure he didn't respond to emails, he could give a fuck about Ibill and their problems.

One more time I spoke to him on the phone he made promises,I even have his cell from that time. Do you not know how to read?

This is what I've concluded ... You got fucked by Ibill. Many people got fucked by Ibill. When XTV first started Ibill invested money into XTV. People were still pissed at Ibill AND also at XTV. Since then XTV has transformed itself into ITVN. The shares owned by Ibill have been (as reported by you) diluted to the people it owed money to ... Charles avoided you (and all other Ibill problems) on his way out of the Ibill business.

ITVN is a public company leading the way with IPTV and offers a way for affiliates to make BANK.
