Any good photoraphers in da house ?

am lookin to spend around $400 on a new digital camera, mainly for just basic "point and shoot" stuff - what do ya recomend ?

Try a Kodak Easyshare model and get some extra memory cards and batteries. A tripod would be good also.

The learning curve is short, the quality is good. I had one for a while and was very happy with it.

My new Sony CyberShot DSC-W7 hasn't let me down yet :) 7.2 megapixels and only put me back about $500.
