or since you are really trying to be cheap then you might wanna just grab a whole bunch of TGP galleries and place them on the members area without any blindlinks,,, sorta of like thehun but as a paysite,,, this way you can use all the free content from sponsers,,,

kinda like putting down the principles of an AVS network,,,

Tom, I am not trying to rain on your parade but what you have described is against just about every license agreement for content I have seen (except exclusive).

You can not use other peoples content hosted on your domain. Most license agreements state that the content can only be used on domains the licensee owns. Some agreements have clauses that allow non owned domains such as free hosts but they normally require the person who owns the license to have their details and contact information clearly on the page with the pictures.

You could link to galleries hosted on the domains that the content is licensed to, but you cant actually host it yourself.

Hope this helps, dont want you to put in effort and then have a content provider come and get your site pulled.

this is a blatantly stupid idea. do it and you can't ran away from all the chargebacks that you would see. all surfers will simply request their money back when they realize that they pay YOU to watch at someone ELSE's pics.

you can't afford to buy the content - therefore, you can't own a paysite - for now. sit on your ass, make some good money, save most of it and expand after a few years. that's really the only thing that has sense.

Ummm I seen alot of good points but I guess I wasnt saying what im wanting to do. Yes I know that using other content providers content is not right. What I was trying to ask is IF SOMEONE Wants to do this they get the content and do this them self. I did not mean that they RE-use their membership CONTENT. Sorry about the mix up. Let me try to clear this up. In the members area of the sites im doing will have exclusive content That I HAVE SHOT MYSELF. I have about twentfive thousand images and movies that I have shot myself. There will be a Exclusive area then a non exclusive area They will be getting there money worth I HAVE NEVER TRIED OR DONE ANYTHING TO RIP ANYONE OFF. If you known me and how I work you would of known this. But I guess it sounds like it cause on how the way I write, ARGH@##$@ As for this being done before NO kidding REALLY :winkwink: I know it has I did not ever state IT WAS A BRAND NEW IDEA!!!!!!!!!!

Lets put it this away When any of my paid sites get members they stay! I have no problem ever and I MEAN EVER in keeping my members happy. Hell I have members that have been members with my site va2k.net since it opened over a year ago. So im not going into this blindly. They way I design my members area is alot better then how I design my tour and splash page its weird IM still learning though lol .....
