how to track bought traffic?

I want to do marketing/advertising for one of my sites, and im buying traffic from a variety of sources.

can anyone recommend a good script that will help me track the effectiveness of the traffic?

at this point i can see referrers and get an idea that way, but i'd rather have more in depth information, like give a different tracker url to each traffic source, ie www.domain.com/in.php?id=1 , id=2, 3, etc instead of direct to domain.com and just checking my referrers.

appreciate it!

Look up on hotscripts.com stats or counter scripts, most of those track referrers that way. Other then that, make or have one made yourself, its a really small job
