fyi its just a simple html page with 1 banner on it. Trying to figure out if a browser always hits the server ( a 304 response ) when the banner is loaded in the browsers cache.

Refresh 5 times in Firefox. Worked just fine..

I did it 50 times...each time loaded perfectly. I know that was probably overkill...but I just wanted to make sure. :glugglug
