Does Anyone Else Get Blank Emails From CCBill?

It keeps happening to me. Anytime I get a "CCBill Communication", IE a letter they send out manually and not one generated automatically by an affiliate signup or the like, it comes in with a blank message body.

Each time I have to call them, ask them what it was they emailed me about. Usually it's some member issue or something that actually needs our attention.

I don't know if this is just drama with us (a problem with our email systems perhaps), or if CCBill has a larger email problem, and a lot of people are ignoring blank emails from them that might actually be about something important?
