ICANN Whois update!
 

Like to let all you webmasters know that when you send in a whois update complaint to ICANN there is nothing done about it so why waste your time. An email is sent to the registrar and that is it. ICANN does not have any athority to suspend or deactivate domains. So webmasters if you think your pissing people off by sending in complaints to ICANN it's a waste of your time so don't even bother sending in complaints on people. There is an artical about the ICANN complaints division that I read and I can't remember the URL for it, but it states that ICANN is so overwhelmed with webmaster whois complaints they are going to shut it down!.

heh, they ought to cancel domains for it on the first complaint that is proven to have substance. I could get ahold of some really nice domains that way. LOL

No shit sherlock, but Internic DOES have the authority & they DO suspend & deactivate domains..

If you don't want complaints, instead of using bogus, phony info, pay for the privacy option :2 cents:
