i have to say yes...speaking with someone here about my offline stuff and their responses compared to my non adult friends responses are amazing.


adult person-> usually offers a nice little marketing plan and some helpful hints even though they dont work in that field..they are marketers first.

non adult person-> dude thats alot of money dont risk it..lol

I think you have a small group of serious people. The rest still live with their parents.

Mainstream people are more employee based, not entrepreneurs so to me, they don't offer very great opionions.

I think we're willing to take more risks because most of us took risks getting in. I would wager to say that the typical person starting a business saved up money from their day job and then went to the bank to get a loan. In this business, that doesn't happen. You make money by working late, strange hours and there are no loans to be had. So every penny is earned and its understood how that penny came to exist.

"Free money" comes with less understanding, there was no lesson learned. I make what I make because I kept pumping in more and more of my own hard earned money.

it depends on who you talk to. There are a lot of people in this biz that got into it because you can start very cheap and they think they are going to get rich working 5 hours a week. they keep thier day job and do this as a source of extra income. these people are not very business minded at all.

The same can be said for mainstream businesses.
