Designer: Spam me with individual recommendations
 

I am looking for a new designer for one of the top gay Asian sites on the net: AsianBoyNation.com. I do not want to work with a company, but with an individual who is reliable, has a good sense of what works and what doesn't in a clean, non-cookie cutter design. The person must have prior experience doing successful tours for gay sites.

This will be for ongoing work as we make changes to the site or add new features.

Please can you post links or make recommendations.
