I just impressed myself!

I walked (usually drive everywhere) 1/2 mi to get my nails done, afterward bought $60 dollars of groceries (I leave tomorrow for 2 weeks), walked home, and made a killer ass dinner!!! 2 soy/wasabi/sesame seed encrusted salmon filets, baked; a fresh and healthy looking head of brocolli that I steamed in the microwave, (I decided to throw in a bag of green tea with lemon for the heck of it) and store bought wild rice soup. Then I served it up and watched Seinfeld... and I'm all alone!:upsidedow

A far cry from my weekly ice cream dinner. :winkwink: Does this mean I'm growing up?:Oh crap :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

That sounds pretty good, I love salmon. That meal didn't cost you $60, did it? Should have ran under $15 depending on what the salmon was going for and how much it really was.

You're right, the meal itself was about $25 (high end salmon:1orglaugh ), and the spices were expensive. Picked up some basics for tomorrow's plane ride... Airborne, gum, magazines--including one called MENTAL FLOSS www.mentalfloss.com. Ever heard of it? Pretty cool:thumbsup

What do you serve for breakfast? :winkwink:

Sounds like a good meal. I'm having salmon tonight too.
