3 months ago today I QUIT smoking..
 

Everyone always says how great they feel and stuff. I feel about the same. Maybe a little more energy. My lungs do feel alot better and I'm not constantly smoking when I get stressed and stuff :thumbsup

I went seven days as of last friday the 18th due to a bad cold... only had two smokes/day since then... going to do everything in my power to kick the habit completely.

3 minutes ago today I lit one up !

Been two months since I started smoking again. I feel great! :)

Iam off them since february 06
and I smoked without a break since iam 16

I feel much much better .... BUT
now iam getting fat by the minute ...

I quit about 2 months before my son was born and didn't smoke for 10 months ... then I started again :(

congrats - i quit ~2 months ago and like you i odn't feel any different although I don't stink, have way more money in my pocket all the time and do alot more running and working out now

Yeah smoking sucks. I quit ages ago. I was never a big smoker anyway, used to do it when i went out to cluns n' stuff.

Was pointless though, so don't do it at all now... :)
