LOL! I had a very similar incident with Virtuamike last time I was in Amsterdam.

His Volcano completely messed me up and I was useless for hours LOL!

Generally the pot you get in the coffee shops is crap, not that I think this, came from local knowledge.

Last time I was there Tjun from cams.com offered me some pot. I asked what kind it was after sampling several types and my prefered brew Ak47 and Adams Apple mix. His reply was this is called " bang " bang I say whats that? here have a puff on this he replies, two minutes later as my eyes roll to the back of my skull I get a heavy slap on the back and see his smiling face " BANG " he shouts.... the rest of the day was a blur. That night we go to a rave, he rolls 4 for the drive out there, and we stop off for a session on the way.

Amsterdam you got to love it!

Awesome... That only renewed my desire to visit Amsterdam. Even though i don't really smoke much and have never really enjoyed it. I'd spend a lot more time there though.

To be honest, I don't recall. It was about 4 years ago?

She worked with a company that would get contracted out by major production companies to handle certain aspects of the set. If I recall, Depp wasn't on the set too much while she was around.

But they put her up in a really nice Flat. I would get up in the morning and go down the street to the bar and drink Guiness with the locals. It was awesome.

Im heading there on the 3rd of september. I expect to head right to the coffee shops :) One thing though I'm from Vancouver, BC Canada and I found their pot to be not as strong :)

I don't see what the big deal is, can't you get weed where you live? Heading straight to the first cafe as soon as you land seems very silly IMO.

Man, I can so relate. When I was going out with a dutch girl we spent many a weekend in Amsterdam. You'd get the English crowd coming aka the weekend wonders, who would procede to order "the strongest shit you've got" thinking it was like what we have back home in England.

They would then get so stoned they would almost fall into the canal. It was kinda funny to watch.
