DWB and the Volcano... Mt Mayon near eruption... I was there... PICS!
While on vacation in the Philippines last week, I was laying in bed watching the news (just banged out a hot little Filipina girl) and heard them say that they thought the full moon was for sure going to make Mt Mayon (8,070-foot / 2,460-meter peak) erupt. The full moon was tomorrow so off I went on the first flight to Legazpi.
I will spare you the details but will share some photos with you. Please excuse my shitty camera work, I don't know how to shoot at night or in low outdoor light while small rocks fly about and little gobs of lava spit about. The police and military blocked off the volcano 6 - 8km from the danger zone. 44,000 people were evacuated. That was simply not going to do for me so I paid a few locals to take me to the action. Rumor has it that some deadly pyroclastic flow had come down and lava was flowing under it, spitting out of the sides trying to escape the pile of ask, rubble, gas and dust. Pyroclastic flow is way more dangerous than slow moving lava because it comes down at speeds (35 mph+) wiping out everything in it's path. This mixed with lava is beyond deadly. They had me at hello... we were off. We hiked for what seemed to be forever through rice fields just to get to the military check points. Then we side stepped them and headed out on black ash trails into the bush... http://thaicreampies.com/vol/01.jpg http://thaicreampies.com/vol/02.jpg I soon as I saw the ox and cows, I was on the hunt. The conditions were right for shrooms but sadly I did not find any. :Oh crap http://thaicreampies.com/vol/02a.jpg Out of the fields... onto the black rock and ash road... http://thaicreampies.com/vol/03.jpg It was a cloudy day, but you can see My Mayon looming in the distant background. We have a long way to go... http://thaicreampies.com/vol/04.jpg This was carved out the last time it blew it's top. Killed 77 people. Mt Mayon was expected to blow and any time and here I stood in the middle of where the lava cam flowing down last time. Another dumb move. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/05.jpg Then we had to walk this carved path for about an hour or so... http://thaicreampies.com/vol/06.jpg http://thaicreampies.com/vol/07.jpg Into the bush... but we still have a trail at least. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/08.jpg http://thaicreampies.com/vol/09.jpg Uh oh. No more trails. We are on the side of Mt Mayon... there is no one around. We are deep in the danger zone. I can here a noise in the distance.... not sure what it is, but I have a feeling. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/10.jpg What the fuck is this? It is the giant wall of semi-dry Pyroclastic in the distance... But you really can't tell the size from here. The noise is getting clear. Sounds like rocks falling, hissing, and burning. I start to think if this was a good idea or not... I'm betting not at this point and think about turning back. There is a reason it is blocked off 6 - 8km from here. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/11.jpg More in a bit..... |
Ooops... I forgot the first pic.
This is Mt Mayon in the distance. It is a perfect cone, but you can not see it today. :( http://thaicreampies.com/vol/00.jpg |
Like when you raw dog a Thai whore on the rag, you know it's a bad idea but something inside you makes you do it anyway. This was one of those moments and I had to get a little closer...
I could start to feel the heat from this wall of death. Rocks were falling from the top. Little spits of lava were shooting out of the red holes you see. It smelled like sulfur and was almost too much to breath in. The more I stood there the more heat I could feel. Kind of like sitting in a sauna... a dry heat that is getting worse by the minute. Any any second I was waiting to bump into Dugmor but it didn't happen. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/12.jpg Lava hole would open and close. Some would spit, some would not. SOme would dribble, and some would blast 10 feet out with a thin, quick blast of molten red goo. Very fucking stupid to be standing here. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/13.jpg More to come..... |
I smell bacon
|
dude... don't die doing this... unless you are taking some really fucking cool shots ;-)
|

Was there any gas? Pompeya died because of the gas first then lava.
|
nice story and pix!
|
I will admit: I was expecting more.
I thought there'd be at least one tranny and maybe some scat in there somewhere. |
great pics you got there :)
i live at the philippines but not in the province where mayon is located anyway, mt. mayon didn't errupt during the full moon as expected.. as a matter of fact, it quieted down a bit but we're still expecting an erruption sooner or later so the philippine government is attending to task of evacuating several residents around the 8 km danger zone. some residents were still to stubborn and would not relocate / evacuate as soon as possible... they're still waiting for the last minutes.. |
In lava :)
|
Great pics DWB! Nice to see you get out into the real world! :winkwink: :thumbsup
|
They are some awesome pics.I know I wouldn't have the balls to get that close to the shit

This eruption had buried a small town, but was evacuated except for five souls who insisted on staying. On the side less covered in lava there were a few homes (then deserted). We brought the copter down to hover and have a close look - one home had a rock the size of a large truck dumped on the roof (the power to lift that rock out of the earth and throw it into the air has got to be massive), but otherwise undamaged and the garage doors open with a newish and untouched Volvo car inside :) Kinda weird place when deserted. |
the pics are really wonderful and dangerouse.

I really do not know much about volcanoes or what gasses can kill me, so I could not tell you if there was deadly gas there or not. I do know that the smell of sulfur was almost unbearable. If you can die from sulfur, then I guess the answer would be yes, but I don't think you can. We also did not stick around too long because it was HOT and this wall of shit you see, thought looks stable, was moving slowly. It would crumble, those red spots would spit lava, a huge rock would come flying out of nowhere, parts would explode and send shit all over. While I'm snapping pics, my guide says to me, "quickly, quickly, can come down and kill us any time." I was not aware that the lava flowing under the wall could just explode in a large way, but I was informed that it could. Apparently the last time it erupted, the winds would carry small blobs of lava that were already traveling quickly through the air due to the blast, down the mountain and was just burning through people. They told me people were found missing their head, or torso. Just burned it right off. This was the info that brought me back to reality. |

A little closer.... http://thaicreampies.com/vol/15.jpg Just a little more... and right about here I can feel my skin begin to bake from the extreme heat. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/14.jpg |
It was almost impossible to snap a pic of lava spitting because it happened so fast and when it did you were not thinking about a photo. But my freak chance you can see the bit on the far left start.
As soon as I snapped a ran back and this little spray shot out about 5 feet and started a small fire on some weeds and bushes. Then a small flow of lava ran out of it as if it blew a nut. Very erotic. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/17.jpg Then just a split second later a huge noise came from my right. I turned to see this, then came more noise of smal rocks raining down into the trees. It was so loud I just about shit my pants. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/18.jpg It was getting dark and the could cover made it even darker. The pics around ths time are blurry but I will post them anyway so you can see what was going on. |
Scary stuff !
|
Hehe... Nice pics!!!! :thumbsup Cover your ass there DWB - bits of ash can blow and cause problems.
|
As I'm sitting there thinking that I am thankful that that little explosion did not happen on my side, a rumble came, the wall cracked open some (you can see the red start to come out), LARGE rocks went flying into the woods and ash went with it.
Rocks slid down, lava came out, I started backing up with a quickness. I was able to snap this one blurry pic as I was backing up and then all hell broke loose. The entire wall started to do this, red holes showing everywhere and large rocks began to fly as small rivers of lava started to pour out of the holes. The wall began to move. I'm about 15 feet away from it all. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/19.jpg I turned to my guides as if to wait for a signal, but all I saw was their backs as they were making a full sprint into the woods and into the darkness. Fuck. This was one of those moments where your brain only says one thing, and says it so loud that there is no other thought allowed to even be considered. RUN FOREST RUN!!!! And run I did, as fast as I could, all the way down the mountain, lungs burning, out of breath, but my legs would just not stop running until I saw my guides standing there waiting on me. I assumed that was a safe area and collapsed from exhaustion. If you know me, you are thinking there is no way on earth that chunky kid ran for so long, but I assure you... I ran my dirty white ass off. My life truly depended on it. As far as I knew, the volcano was erupting at that very moment and at any time pyroclastic flow or lava could rain down at any second and bury me in the Philippines. :helpme Luckily Mt Mayon did not erupt. Thank God. This was just one minor activity on the side of her. I think had she erupted, given my location, without question I would have been killed. As of today, (August 22) they are still waiting for her to erupt. 44,000+ people have been evacuated, mostly farmers, living in shelters. I have done a lot of things that have raised my adrenalin level. Jumped from planes, ran with the bulls, diving with sharks, base jumped, cliff diving and even have barebacked whores on every continent... shit, I even partied with Kman and his trannies! I have been robbed at gun point, robbed at HIV+ blood filled needle point, and have had 35+ Colombian military police kick in my door at 7am, drag me down, guns to my head and drag me to jail for 3 days because they thought I was shooting CP. (Of course I was not and I was set free) NOTHING and I mean NONE OF THAT even comes close to the fear I felt while I was sprinting down Mt Mayon that day. http://thaicreampies.com/vol/20.jpg Mt Mayon from the safe zone. :thumbsup |
Nice pics. Don't fuck with mama nature. LOL
|
is this girl running bare-feeted?
|
From the safe zone, you can see the red starting to flow out of the top of My Mayon. This alone was an awesome experience. I only wish I would have had my tri-pod so I could have taken some nice pics.
http://thaicreampies.com/vol/21.jpg And here she comes.... http://thaicreampies.com/vol/22.jpg Unfortunately, these are the only pics of her spitting red goo that were not blurry. The rest are very bad and you can't tell what is going on. :Oh crap About 15 minutes after this last photo was taken, and more lava was running down the sides of the volcano, I pulled my Filipino honey behind some small pile of rocks, pulled her pants down and took her from behind. We both watched the lava show while I pumped her from the back and filled her little snatch with my own hot goo. :thumbsup Hope you enjoyed the pics. :pimp |

My girl would no go all the way up. She stopped as soon as she could see the wall through the trees. That was close enough for her. She ran out long before we did, and I'm thankful because I did not want to have to think about attempting saving her in the event of an eruption. :1orglaugh |

Kill the lust and watch your ass there! :winkwink: :thumbsup Excellent pics!!!! |
wow, that should be a movie :)

I stay in Thailand now NOT because of the whores, contrary to popular belief, but because it is a great hub to explore all of Asia. At any time I can dip to the airport and catch a flight going anywhere and a new adventure is underway. From Bangkok you can fly just about anywhere for dirt cheap. |

:upsidedow I would rather be burned alive than to kill the lust. |

Thanks, now I know what it is like 2nd hand, no need to get off my Makati ass and head down to Legaspi. I have been fighting with making the trip. Instead, I will live the experience through you. |
