How to hook up dual monitors?
What do I need to get 3 monitors running ????
|
damn dont know about three. thats crazy ;) would need a huge desk
|
I was thinking of setting up a third monitor too.
2 is fine but could always use another hooked up. I found this MaxiVista turns any networked computer into an external monitor. MaxiVista's only hardware requirement is that the two computers must connect to each other across a network, so it's perfect if you can't add an extra video adapter. |

Just make sure you have the right slots in your machine for the extra video card. |
type 'how to run 3 monitors' into google
loads of ways there |
if money isnt an issue, there are quad-head video cards now

PNY Quadro Pro series
http://www.superwarehouse.com/PNY_Qu...VS-PB/p/402502 Try that. :) Supports up to 4 VGA connections. If you want to get crazier, install it as a 2nd video card (if your motherboard will support it), plugin 2 monitors to your current video card, then 4 more to the PNY card. (Total of 6) Oh, yeah, be sure to use "UltraMon" to stretch your taskbar across all 6 monitors. :) |
