Anyone here sell or rent real estate? Got a house you're selling?
I am working on a real estate project. I need listings so it's not empty & need listings for spider food.
There is a fee to add your listing, but of course I will add your listings at no charge. I can only do it manually via the admin til I figure out how to code the script to bypass payment gateway.. anyway, if you have a property or land you are either selling, or is on the rental market & you would like a free listing, then I need you to email me the following information.. 1) Type of property; ie; commercial, condo, farmhouse, land/lot, duplex etc 2) For rent or for sale 3) Complete address of the property 4) short description 5) Detailed description 6) Price (USD) 7) Neighborhood description 8) # of bedrooms 9) # of bathrooms 10) # of cars garage 11) # of square meters 12) Lot size 13) include up to 10 images 14) Answer yes or no to the below questions Fireplace: Near school: Near transit: Near park: Ocean view: Lake view: Mountain view: Ocean waterfront: Lake waterfront: River waterfront: Include with this; Your full name. Email address & telephone & or cell # you wish buyers to contact you at. Your listing will be online for 30days. if you sell the property or it becomes no longer available before then, just let me know to remove it. Your information will be kept & remain confidential. You do not need to tell me your nic if you don't want to. Ideally, I'd like to make the script allow me to set it up for free listings, but the damn payment gateway is fucking me up..anyway, If you want a listing, send me an email to croc [at] ablewise [dot] com with subject = Real Estate Listing GFY. |

Interesting idea.

You realise that's a fraction of a fraction of what one would need in a real appraisal yes?
