I would have thought they'd fly him in a private jet actually.

Ok, so when I first read this thread I was thinking no big deal, he's in business class for security reasons, so that the agents escorting him have more controlled access.

Then I read this:

Quote:

John Mark Karr, the suspect in the death of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey, sipped champagne and ate fried king prawns in business class Sunday after being put aboard a flight to Los Angeles to face charges in the United States.
That pisses me off.

LiveDose 08-20-2006 06:59 PM

They changed it. They put the freak in the back row with his escorts.

Phil 08-20-2006 06:59 PM

now see what he had for dinner!!!
what did you have?
I had Taco Bell and 6 pack of Bud Light..

Get a clue.... it is a HOAX

I think the dude confessed because he was in trouble for shit in Thailand and he'd rather be in prison here than over there.

Usually is the case of a US Marshal Learjet along with any others who need to be aboard.

d00t 08-20-2006 08:04 PM

airline makes more money selling the GOV business class seats than a few coach seats ;)

Sparks 08-20-2006 08:09 PM

I don't understand why they did that either.

I think the guy is full of shit, though. Too many holes, nothing lines up right.

burning 20k in jet fuel is more cost effective?

HAPPYPEEKERS 08-20-2006 08:10 PM

They are also giving him wine and beer... in the hopes that he will get fucked up and talk.. he is not IN CUSTODY... per say..

he sipped champagne. During dinner, Karr had pate, salad with walnut dressing and fried king prawn with steamed rice and broccoli. Karr had a beer before a glass of French chardonnay with the main course.

with the government picking up the tab

It wouldn't cost that much but yeah I see your point. They should have just put the guy in the fucking cargo hold.

No, that is not fair. I am getting angry

stevo 08-20-2006 10:34 PM

Yep, they're just trying to get him tipsy so that maybe he'll leak more information... Anything said, could be used against him.

AsianDivaGirlsWebDude 08-20-2006 10:36 PM

I heard that "while in custody" on the airplane, he was served champagne, beer and chardonnay (perhaps in an effort to get him to loosen up and talk) - his lawyers are going to have a field day with this one.

You may be surprised how much they burn :winkwink:

There is one US Marshal flight using a LearJet on a weekly basis from the US down thru a few countries in South and Latin America and back up to the US with a few perps. That's only the South America run :winkwink:

DaddyHalbucks 08-20-2006 11:00 PM
