I think that speaks for itself.

I'm sure the dedicated's are nice since everyone raves about them but the 70.00 a month virtual account I have at PS is not only the worse one I have, its the worse I have ever had, period, my 10.00 a month enom hosting is faster and more dependable

I don't expect much from virtual hosting and I don't use it for anything high bandwidth, but I do expect to be able get to my site better than half the time :321GFY

I have one virtual account with Phatservers and am very happy. Fast support:thumbsup

Of course I have emailed support, a dozen times, in fact I would have to say hands down, the support response at PS is the fastest of any host I have ever used and every single time the problem was fixed within a few minutes.

Bottom line is that I don't have time to check my sites on my virtual hosts regularly, I shouldn't have to. What really pissed my off today is that the only reason I was on GFY is because I was waiting for my sites at PS to come back up.

I appreciate the offer but after three months of this and the traffic loss, I'm just going to move the sites elsewhere.

I can understand your frustration, but at the same time I would really appreciate it if you could point your account to me so I can find any problems and have it handled so others don't face a similar problem. I have searched through the tickets and nothing is jumping out to me as a problematic virtual account.
