Hmmm sounds like he's probably trying to pull a scam with that "dirty" traffic. Several scenarios come to mind where $ could actually be generated either by him or a second party off a "mark" site through a sophisticated exchange system. I don't want to discuss details because scumbags may actually execute the idea.
