You can also try this ....

get yourself a REAL host, pay a little for good quality, and REFER people like I am dpoing now because you are happy with their service and uptime etcetera. That way it sounds more convincing and others might join the host with your refcode and you get a month of free hosting, do that once or twice a month and you're set .... here we go:
