That's a really common item in Japan, it's called a Love Pillow... it's the American version of the blow up doll and it's far from being wrong. The Japanese have conquered the 'wrong' department, that's for sure, but that pillow is far from being wrong. Below is one of the weirder things that the Japs have came up with over the years... in order to save on money and space, two things they prize above most, they came up with this love doll:

Creepy? You betcha. Unfortunately even it doesn't really scratch the surface of the weirdness that is Japan. Seriously, that place is one of the stranger places on Earth. They're into having multiple partners cumming all over the face of a woman (because of censorship laws, yes, that's how it started, but my god they are so into it now, it's like their ultimate sexual artform) yet talking about divorce is still taboo in their society.
