Yes we sold it. We currently have too many projects on the go right now to run this one as well as we'd like too do and have sold it on as we do not have the time to dedicate into this project anymore. We have some big projects launching soon and have found that these other big projects need our attention alot more than a tgp site does.

people should really make site sales more public. this behind the scenes selling of sites makes no sense. you're missing out on a big market of potential buyers by doing that type of transaction
