God is the Christian name for their god, they call their god God. All other religions do not call their god God. So yes, all religions can refer to their deity as a god, but only Christianity refers to their deity as God.

What world do you live in? Jews refer to their god as God (or Jehovah/Yahweh in Hebrew). Muslims refer to their god as God (or Allah in Arabic). Rastafarians refer to their god as God (or Jah, which is Hebrew in origin).
