I love pickled garlic!
But the bad thing about it: the smell comes out of your pores for days if you eat too much of it. :(

Define pickled garlic.
I had something the other day (can't remember what it was called) that was garlic cloves and peppers that had been marinated for some time in a vinegarette mixture. Is that kinda like what you're talking about? |

If you like garlic you should try the 40 garlic cloves roasted chicken receipe.
http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/reci..._31318,00.html Its amazing. as the garlic roast it becomes almost creamy; you can literally spread it on bread and it does not leave you stinky when its long cooked. :thumbsup |
i respect your opinion bout it but, personally, i hate garlic... don't like the taste either the smell.

the Olive pit rocks, love the habenero stuffed olives

I dont know if thats the same as the Thai stuff I tried once - it was fucking vile! - and I usually love garlic.
The only thing worse is pickled Galangal (?Sp) - that stuff actually made me sick. |
