Checked, mine is not affected.

It's on the flip side of the battery (you gotta pull the battery out of the laptop). Check the model number and type of laptop to see if yours is affected before bothering...

Nothing on the back of my battery like that. I was sure it was going to be one of mine.

I have 2 dell laptops. I have been through EIGHT power cord adapters in 2 years betweenthe two. They break and stop working. My battery holds about 20 min worth of a charge. Never getting a Dell again :thumbsup

My favorite computer is my dual screen desktop at the office that is a FRY's Electronics white label :1orglaugh

I actually love Dell for their onsite servicing, only reason. I've had a few HD failures and defective batteries, but they're always there the next morning with replacements. That warranty alone to me is their best selling point.

I just bought a second battery about a month ago for my Lattitude (over 8 hours runtime when both batteries are fully charged -gotta love it!)

But my battery is not on the list .. thanks for the link :thumbsup

its merely an undocumented feature.
it will keep your nuts warm in the winter.

Just the batteries, not the entire laptop.
