I know this is only my 2nd post. By I would like to let everyone know that dating profiles are worth a shitload more than that. Normal conversions are 1:5 to a paid signup. Even TGP traffic converts better than 1:15 (free to paid). If anyone doubts me, feel free to message me on icq and I will prove it to you.

Umm if the unpaid user converts to a paid user you get the 2.00 plus paid your normal commission rate.

With Iwantu.com I have that customer for life with revshare. So I get 2 bucks for a free signup, and then continue on with revshare payments.

The 2.00 is for every free signup. If they convert you get your normal pps, or revshare amount. Use logic. Wouldnt be a good promo if you only get 2.00 period. Everyone signs up free at first, people would lose money on the promo DUH!

Umm its an extra 2.00 for all free signups. If it then converts you still get your normal commission. Lots of people get lots of free signups and dont get anything normally. This is a promotion. So now your free signups you make AT LEAST 2.00. If they convert to a paid user then you get EITHER your pps, or your revshare.

Are you sure? As far as I know they are only paying out $2 on the per-profile campaigns, not revshare, pps, or ppc...

Call them and ask them to check, but I know any customer that signs up through me is mine for life. Wouldnt make sense to get 2.00 and then give up a pps commission or a revshare commission for 2.00.

I believe the normal PPP program requires email confirmation, and the current promo doesn't. This promo favors people with a lot of general untargeted traffic (TGPs etc) who do not convert at 1:5, 1:15, or even 1:50 free:paid...

BTW, seeing as how a lot of iwantu's traffic is actually sent to cobranded sites on seperate domains, alexa will prove nothing.

So you're telling me your sites aggregate ratio for free profiles to paid is 5/1? I've got quality dating traffic and convert very well on many different sponsors, but have yet to see that kind of ratio.

Yes some affiliates have even better ratios.

Forget conversions, I only look at one ratio and that $/unique. Looking at your front end designs and your affiliate promos, I know for a fact there's no way you're going to improve my $/unique with my top dating sponsors. Also, if you're so sure that your programs net payout will result in more than 2$/profile , then why not have a profile payout option? Making your affiliates wait till they reach $250 to get a payout is also a joke, put your money where your mouth is and get serious about attracting new affiliates.

I am on about $7 a free profile with AFF on the % prog so that figure will increase - and that is on some pretty shitty traffic as well.
