Why is Epassporte pissing me off!

    Why is Epassporte pissing me off!

    I add funds about weekly. Went to add funds yesterday to pay someone and low and behold it wanted me to verify my credit cards again. Not just one or what not but all of them as I can tell, well that is not true it has one approved but says transaction rejected when I attempt to load from it. Despite it working before and having ample funds.

    Typically I would not have an issue but damn. Why all of a sudden have me verify all my credit cards yet again. Which is not instant (still waiting on that "pending charge" to one of my cards).

    Person I need to pay is also a little annoyed and of course its to common to just pass the buck and blame someone or something else. Such a common excuse, yet it fucking sucks ass when it is true.

    BTW if you can do a paypal to epass so I can pay this person please let me know.

                          Glad woj helped you out, but the fact still remains that epassporte totally sucks and lives by their own rules without any respect for it's customers. Basically the most unprofessional financial company I have ever seen.

                              I have no idea what people here are thinking when they entrust their money to epass. If Keyser quits there, God forbid, everyone who uses epass could very well be screwed next time they have a problem.

                                  Keyser has been a great rep. It's only a matter of time before someone else makes him a great offer and epassporte are left searching for a replacement.

                                      I agree wholeheartedly. Keyser is the most professional rep in this industry. I would think he'll eventually grow tired of standing up for ePass' shenanigans and move on to a venture more worthy of his talent.

                                          The reason is that all cards that were previously verified by visa now has to go thru ePverify (pending charge you have to enter) this is to prevent fraud.

                                                  It is actually good that epass is getting more strict. There is too much fraud going around. It is very rampant. It is the only way to weed out the fraudsters.
